These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.jestechsolutions.co.uk and any associated products, services, and content (collectively, the "Services") operated by JesTech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, doing business as NextGen Coders Lab.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
JesTech Solutions Ltd provides AI-powered business automation services to small and growing businesses, including 24/7 customer chat agents, booking and appointment automation, lead nurturing, inbound and outbound voice calls, social media automation, e-commerce customer service, review management, video consultations, and AI training. We also operate online learning products through our sub-brand NextGen Coders Lab, including the Galaxy Defender Python coding course for children aged 7–16, and JesTech Academy, which runs an AI Business Operations Specialist Programme for job seekers. Services are delivered through our website and via integrated third-party platforms such as Calendly, WhatsApp, Gumroad, and Trinket.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from us. The Galaxy Defender course is designed for children aged 7–16, but the purchasing transaction and parental consent must be completed by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.
We sell digital products (including the Galaxy Defender Python course and downloadable PDFs) and provide services such as AI business automation, which are billed per quote or statement of work (SOW). Digital course purchases are one-time payments. Automation services are billed according to the agreement in each SOW.
We do not operate user accounts. Access to gated course content is provided via a password issued upon purchase. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may not share, distribute, or transfer your password to any third party.
All payments are processed through third-party providers, including Gumroad. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). We do not store any payment card information on our servers.
All course content, including the Galaxy Defender Python coding course, lesson materials, downloadable PDFs, video recordings, and accompanying resources, is owned by JesTech Solutions Ltd. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal and family use only.

Our Services do not currently host user-generated content. Students writing code as part of the Galaxy Defender course do so locally; nothing is uploaded to our servers.
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms, including Calendly, WhatsApp, Gumroad, Trinket, Vercel, Google Workspace, ImprovMX, and Termly. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these third parties. Access to such third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Galaxy Defender course. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds for automation services are governed by the terms of each individual SOW or quote.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JesTech Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Course content is provided for educational purposes only.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JesTech Solutions Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or any third party, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For amounts under £10,000, disputes may also be brought through the UK Small Claims Court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify you before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
