Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products and services from JesTech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), trading as NextGen Coders Lab, through our website https://www.jestechsolutions.co.uk and via third-party platforms such as Gumroad.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Digital Courses)

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on the Galaxy Defender Python coding course and other digital course products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No conditions apply to the digital course refund window.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at nextgencoders@jestechsolutions.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include:

Your full name (as used at purchase);
The email address used to make the purchase;
Your Gumroad order number (from your purchase receipt);
The product purchased (e.g. Galaxy Defender course).

3. Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Gumroad. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

4. Statutory Rights and Digital Content Waiver (UK)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel digital content purchases.

Important: By entering the access password and beginning to consume the gated course content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right to withdraw for that digital content.

This waiver does not affect the broader 30-day money-back guarantee we voluntarily offer above, which goes beyond your statutory rights.

5. Refunds for Automation Services and Custom Work

Refund terms for AI business automation services, custom builds, consulting engagements, and other services billed under a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or quote are governed by the specific terms contained in that individual SOW or quote. These services are not covered by the 30-day course money-back guarantee.

6. Refunds Are Not Available For

Requests made more than 30 days after the digital course purchase date;
Custom or bespoke automation services already delivered, except as specified in the relevant SOW;
Purchases made through unauthorised third-party resellers (we only honour refunds for direct purchases via Gumroad);
Cases where access credentials have been shared in breach of our Terms and Conditions.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly, and chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access pending review.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
